Application Submission

Initial Phone Screening

If your application stands out, you’ll be contacted for a phone interview with a member of our team. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any initial questions about the role and company.

In-Person/Virtual Interview

Successful candidates will be invited to a more in-depth interview, either in person or virtually. This stage involves meeting with the hiring manager and other key team members. We may also explore situational or behavioral questions to understand how you align with our values and work environment.

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join the growing team at Altitude Marketing & Consulting. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our tech provider clients, ensuring their sales and customer acquisition needs are met with outstanding service. You will manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of results. This role is critical to maintaining long-term client satisfaction and driving mutual success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for prospective customers, managing all aspects of the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of sales and customer acquisition strategies to ensure they align with client goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, address concerns, and discuss upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a sales or tech consulting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-centric position, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
