Initial Phone Screening

In-Person/Virtual Interview
Successful candidates will be invited to a more in-depth interview, either in person or virtually. This stage involves meeting with the hiring manager and other key team members. We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join the growing team at Altitude Marketing & Consulting. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our tech provider clients, ensuring their sales and customer acquisition needs are met with outstanding service. You will manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of results. This role is critical to maintaining long-term client satisfaction and driving mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospective customers, managing all aspects of the sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a sales or tech consulting environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
